I come to Esprinto sometimes for my breakfast. It is located in the National Place food court.

The food quality is great. Although I have never tried their famed waffles, the other things I have tried have been great. Their yogurt parfaits are mind blowing. I watched the man make my parfait with the most expert craftsmanship. The combination of real strawberries and bananas is great, but their granola. If you let it get just a teeny bit soggy, it is marvelous. My usual here is a bagel with herb cream cheese. The bagels are always fresh and to the perfect crunchy/soft level where I like it. I like a lot of cream cheese. Make sure you tell them to glob it on because otherwise they can make it a little too thin for my liking.

I am a tea drinker and their selection of teas is great. They have some nice looking coffee beverages. One day I may have to try a mocha. I also want to try one of their soups. They sound really good (and homemade!) I believe the owner here is Turkish so there is some flare to some of the menu items (such as the soup) which is cool. :)

I had a strawberry smoothie here and they make it from a mix, not real strawberries. It is very sweet. Esprinto could certainly kick it up a notch by having real fruit smoothies. They use real fruit in their waffles and yogurt so why not for their drinks? I would gladly pay more to have real berry drink!

This place was a massive disappointment. We came here from the Cherry Blossom Festival looking for a decent sandwich. My wife and sister both ordered the Turkey on a baguette and I ordered the Turkey with horseradish sauce. When we got them to our table we opened them up and found what could barely be described as an over processed piece of turkey, about 1/4 slice of what I believe was wilted Romain lettuce, a green sauce, and half a slice of a small tomato. (Pictures posted). I ate mine because I was starving and it tasted horrible. My wife refused to eat her's out of fear of becoming sick. On our way out, I tossed the sandwich on the counter and told the person there that it was disgusting. The people getting ready order saw it opened up in the counter and walked away.

staff was rude and the Frappuccino's were overly sweet and don't think they even had any coffee in them. Food looked very inadequate. Everything was overpriced for the terrible quality

The food and drinks are just so so, and when they don't have banana for the fruit waffle, they will just give you the half-product with the same price.

Plus the staff here are unfriendly and will sometimes ignore your request.

Horrible. Bland sandwich posing as a "panini." Rude workers. Took three times to correct my order. Six others had to be corrected while I waited for mine, as well... I asked what type of bread (as it resembles NO panini I've ever had.) She scoffed and rolled her eyes. I'm a visitor to your city. I advise locals to avoid.
